Do you think that difficult moments stunt your growth or teach you something? I believe that behind every moment of adversity in your life, there is a blessing and a lesson to be learned.
Remember or think about this for a moment:” The deepest insecurity in your life, reveals something about the assignment that God has given you. The thing that the enemy resists most about you, is often the greatest thing that God has put inside of you. “ When we are trying to change or become better, whether for ourselves or because we want to fit in, belong or just grow, just remember that the first person who not going to like your growth, is the person who is going to have to change to stay in your life. Trials in life are a part of life. They are put there to show us our strengths and weaknesses. Not to break us. God never gives us more than we can handle. I have always believed that on the other side of our deepest fear are our greatest rewards and adventures. So live your life boldly and unapologetically. You owe no one an explanation for how you choose to live your life or how you choose to believe. Remember God made just one of you. No one in this world is like you, not even your children. Your life matters more than you know. So when you face insurmountable odds or difficulties in life, remember this,for everything that hurts you, find a way to overcome it. For everything that you feel is difficult for you, find a way to still do it. As long as you can do these things, stop listening to the mind, and just do it. If you want to know something about yourself then sit on your bed one night, and ask yourself a question, but you have to really ask yourself, really mean it and really dig deep…” what is one thing that I am doing wrong, that I know I am doing wrong. That I could fix, that I would fix?” When you meditate on that, you’ll get an answer. But it won't be the one you want, but it will be the necessary one. Your entire life can literally change in a year. You just have to love yourself enough to know that you deserve more, be brave enough to demand more, and be disciplined enough to actually work for more. Whatever you are going through right now is happening on purpose to forge you into the person that you were created to be ultimate. But if you quit, you will never get to be the person you were created to be. I will leave you with this. There will be times when standing alone feels too hard, and too scary, and we will doubt our ability to make our way through the uncertainty. Someone somewhere will say don’t do it. You don’t have what it takes to survive the wilderness. This is when you reach deep down into your wild heart and remind yourself. I am the wilderness. Never forget how precious you are, that your life was bought with someone else's blood, whether you deserved it or not. And that no matter what happens in life, what storms you face, if you are lucky or not, if the blessings overflow or dry up…God is always in control and His timing and plans are perfect. Here are some interesting and valuable life lessons from a 50-Year-old: 1. Have a firm handshake 2. Look people in the eye 3. Sing in the shower 4. Own a great stereo system 5. If in a fight, hit first and hit hard 6. Keep secrets 7. Never give up on anybody. Miracles happen every day. (See no.17) 8. Always accept an outstretched hand 9. Be brave. Even if you’re not, pretend to be. No one can tell the difference. 10. Whistle 11. Avoid sarcastic remarks 12. Choose your life’s mate carefully. From this one decision will come 90 percent of all your happiness or misery. 13. Make it a habit to do nice things for people who will never find out 14. Lend only those books you never care to see again 15. Never deprive someone of hope; it might be all that they have 16. When playing games with children, let them win 17. Give people a second chance, but not a third 18. Be romantic 19. Become the most positive and enthusiastic person you know 20. Loosen up. Relax. Except for rare life-and-death matters, nothing is as important as it first seems. 21. Don’t allow the phone to interrupt important moments. It’s there for our convenience, not the callers. 22. Be a good loser 23. Be a good winner 24. Think twice before burdening a friend with a secret 25. When someone hugs you, let them be the first to let go 26. Be modest. A lot was accomplished before you were born. 27. Keep it simple 28. Beware of the person who has nothing to lose 29. Don’t burn bridges. You’ll be surprised how many times you have to cross the same river. 30. Live your life so that your epitaph could read, “No Regrets” 31. Be bold and courageous. When you look back on life, you’ll regret the things you didn’t do more than the ones you did. 32. Never waste an opportunity to tell someone you love them 33. Remember no one makes it alone. Have a grateful heart and be quick to acknowledge those who helped you. 34. Take charge of your attitude. Don’t let someone else choose it for you. 35. Visit friends and relatives when they are in the hospital; you need only stay a few minutes 36. Begin each day with some of your favorite music 37. Once in a while, take the scenic route 38.
