GOALS - Workbook Pt 4

Leslie Riopel, MSc Says: "Goal setting does not have to be boring. There are many benefits and advantages to having a set of goals to work towards. Setting goals helps trigger new behaviors, helps guides your focus and helps you sustain that momentum in life. Goals also help align your focus and promote a sense of self-mastery. In the end, you can’t manage what you don’t measure and you can’t improve upon something that you don’t properly manage. Setting goals can help you do all of that and more."

Determine what your ULTIMATE LIFE goals for your personal and business life are. What do you want to achieve in life? Where do you see yourself a year from now, 5 years from now? By writing your goals down it will help you create a new perspective of where you see yourself going - it will help you to work towards those goals. Even though that is true, change won't come if you do not actually work towards it, believe in it, and manifest into your goals.

Terri Savelle Foy says that staying focused you'll have to be very protective of your mornings (focus on your habits) use a planner and map your time (focus on your time) and determine your success by what you say no to (focus on your dreams).
