STRENGTHS & QUALITIES - Workbook Pt7

Hello!

Have you been enjoying our workbook so far? Let me know your thoughts!

We are set apart from each other, all of us have different talents, different personalities, we do things differently. You have unique qualities about you that are different from someone else’s, you think differently, you act and create differently.

Perhaps the journey of discovering who you are is yet a vague path, perhaps you were formed by the opinions of the people in your life, perhaps you went on doing things you THOUGHT you like but in real life, it was actually someone else’s.

WE ARE UNIQUE.

Rediscover YOU, do yourself a favor and DECIDE today, that you want to do what YOU like, decide that you are set apart from other people and that their opinions of you no longer matter.

Perhaps you have wonderful people in your life, who always motivate you and lift you up to follow your dreams, perhaps you have someone who encourages you to always be yourself and do what you have always wanted – if so, what will this person tell you? Who are you? What are your strengths, what are your passions and talents, what lights you up?

TIP: Read “She’s Still There” written by Chrystal Evans Hurst. Some of the questions in this section are extracted from her book #lifechanging!

Think carefully about these questions and answer them carefully:

7. If you do not have the workbook, write the following questions/activities in your journal:

  • If someone had to describe your inner being, your drive, and passions, your talents, what would they say?

  • Make a list of all your strengths as well as your talents.

  • What opinions do you need to let go of? Who do you have to forgive and what things were said that you need to let go of?

  • What are your gifts & your passions?

  • What type of activities comes easily for you?

  • What do you have a natural capacity for that is not always natural for others?

  • What seems to click for you?

  • What do you do effortlessly?

  • What have you learned to do? What did you study and what work experience do you have?

  • What can you do because you watched someone else do it?

  • What do you enjoy doing? What lights you up when you think of doing it?

You are beautifully and wonderfully made, don't ever forget that. You have a purpose, don't settle, don't give up, push yourself and work towards what YOU want.
